Before Your First Visit
We want to welcome you to The Wobbly Tooth Dental Practice! Your first visit with us is very important in establishing a long term relationship with you. With your first visit, we will ask you to fill out patient care forms so that we get to know you and your health better, this helps us tailor your care specific to your needs. Our patient care forms can be filled out electronically on your phone or in person at the office. We STRONGLY recommend to have them completed and signed PRIOR to your appointment. This will allow us to seat you in treatment as soon as possible.
We pride ourselves in being transparent throughout the whole dentistry process while maintaining your comfort and satisfaction with your care. Friday & Weekend Office Hours
We know that many of our patients cannot see a dentist so easily during the work week. That’s why we have committed to keeping our clinics open from 2PM-6PM on Friday and 9AM–6PM Saturday and Sunday . We know that everyone has busy lives, so we have a HIPPA-compliant messaging system to text, email, and call you to remind you of your appointment.
