Dr. Zakariya Salhan is a general dentist with a passion for prosthodontics, esthetics, and comprehensive restorative care. Born and raised in Kensington, Maryland, he graduated from the University of Maryland School of Dentistry (UMSOD ’22) and went on to complete a hospital-based residency at Stanford Hospital and the Palo Alto VA, where he trained in complex surgical procedures, implant placement, and full-mouth rehabilitation. Now practicing in the DMV area, Dr. Salhan blends precision, technology, and a patient-first mindset to deliver care that’s both functional and beautifully esthetic.
His favorite part of dentistry lies in the art and science of implant dentistry—restoring smiles, function, and confidence through carefully planned, precision-driven care. He continues to sharpen his surgical and restorative skills through advanced training with Implant Pathway and cosmetic coursework through the Clinical Mastery Series, where he refines his approach to smile design, veneers, and full-mouth esthetics. Whether placing implants or transforming a smile cosmetically, Dr. Salhan is committed to lifelong learning and clinical excellence.
Outside the operatory, Dr. Salhan enjoys staying active—playing sports, spending time with his family, and exploring life with his wife, Aisha.
